You will need a user account registered with a respective email, as described per listed location.

- You will need to log in with a Roche, Genentech, or External Genentech email address.
- Once you are logged in, you will have the option to select a delivery station at Genentech on the Cart page for your specific order. (This will only appear once you have added an item to your cart and have locked the cart.)
- Due to company policy, the delivery station option is only offered for available delivery dates from Monday through Friday.
- A fee of $3.99 will be charged for each order.
- Containers must be dropped off by 10am to the respective lobby at one of the listed delivery stations.
- A delivery address will be asked for at check out. Please type in the respective address below.
