Delivery Stations

What are delivery stations?

Delivery stations are drop-off/pick-up stations at your workplace or your apartment complex. At these stations, you can drop off your containers for us to refill. When your refills and any other products in your order have been delivered, you can then pick them up again at the same delivery station.

Delivery stations are established spaces allocated to The Daisy Refillery for deliveries with specific companies and apartment complexes. However, you can still order for a regular delivery to any address in the areas we service, even if a delivery station has not been established. In other words, you can still order for delivery to a house, apartment or work address, as long as access can be provided to fulfill your delivery! How does it work?

1. Create an account with your work email address.
   • We currently only offer delivery stations to a select number of locations. You can find all locations here.
   • A separate registration process is needed for apartment complexes. Learn more for each apartment complex on the Locations page.
2. Once your account is created, all respective delivery stations for your workplace will be automatically available for selection.
3. YOU CAN NOW PLACE ORDERS FOR DROP OFF AND PICK UP AT WORK! Just be sure to select your desired delivery station and delivery date on the Cart page when prompted.
   • If you do not see the option to select a delivery station, please double check that you have gone through the entire Cart process. You will be prompted to select a delivery station at the same time you are prompted to select a delivery date.
   • If you still do not see the option to select a delivery station, it is likely that you were unable to register successfully. Please fill out our Contact Form, and we will look into the matter.
4. Once your order has been placed, review this page to learn how to prepare for your delivery.

Receive automatic notifications throughout the entire delivery process!

You will receive automatic email and, optionally, text notifications of the delivery process.

• DELIVERY REMINDER NOTIFICATION - Receive notification(s) the day before to remind you of your order and to prepare your containers.
• ON THE WAY NOTIFICATION - Receive notification(s) the day of when we are on the way to fulfill your order.
• DELIVERED NOTIFICATION - Receive notification(s) when your delivery has been complete and is ready for pick up.
