Why choose a Swedish Dishcloth?
- Each dishcloth replaces 17 rolls of paper towels (saving money and reducing waste).
- It absorbs 20x its weight.
- It is far more hygienic than a sponge and won’t crumble or peel.
- It is far sturdier than a paper towel and will not easily fall apart.
- It air dries quickly, so it doesn’t breed bacteria or smell.
Depending on use, Three Bluebirds Swedish Dishcloths will last 6-9 months. They are compostable and 100% biodegradable, so when the time comes to retire them, simply toss them in the compost pile!
All of these patterns are designed and printed in Connecticut, USA. Three Bluebirds co-founder Lasse Baldauf carefully creates each design by hand. Lasse's designs are screen printed in Connecticut with water-based inks at a local printing press run by a talented husband and wife team.

End of Life
End of Life
- Dishcloth: Compostable and 100% Biodegradable
- The dishcloth will darken over time (but darkening itself does not impact its effectiveness.) You can retire your cloth when it has darkened and begins to disintegrate. Time to return it to the Earth!
